Nothing like a good break

Silently, I lay in the grass with a book about geology rested over my eyes. I had been doing a lot of training recently, so I decided to take a break, and listen to the sounds of everything around me.

Isami was taking a walk outside when she looked around at the scenery. "It's so peaceful here." She said smiling, but then sighed. "I wish it was like this forever." After saying that she decided to continue walking for a little bit more.

"Hmmm?" I heard a voice and sat up, looking around for the source of it.

Isami saw someone get up. Shoot. Did I wake him up? She thought nervously.

I saw a girl standing off to the side, and might I saw she looked awfully nervous. Of course I took it upon my self to introduce my person. Yep... leave it to me to go skirt chasing on my break. "Hey, why don't you come over here for a little while." I called out. "I don't believe we've met."

"Are you talking to me?" She asked pointing at herself. "I'm Isami." She said anyways.

"Yes you. Name's Ace." I returned her introduction, bowing in that manner I was accustomed to.

She walked over and said smiling."Yeah, I know. You're a third year like me."

"What? A third year? But how do I not know you?" I started flipping through contacts, looking for her name. Then I looked up and almost had a heart attack. She was beautiful! Though, I was careful not to show it. "How do you know me?"

"O-oh, I guess that would make sense." I laughed.

"Yeah." She smiled. This could be interesting. She thought happily.

"So what elements do you use then?"

"What a coincidence, so do I."

"Really? That's cool." She smiled then thought for a moment "Which one is your main?Mines is ice."

"Lighting..." I nodded, as my hand sparked lightly.

"That's cool." She said looking at the sparks.
