Username color and site banner

so yeah, eem the white oracle username color is a bit too light and it's almost invisible in the chat. Could you perhaps make it a bit darker?

also, I have a weird urge to make a new banner for the site; would you allow me to do so? if you don't like it, it's not necessary to use it.
